Two special items on the agenda this Tueday: We'll make a racket with a build-a-rally-drum workshop. Join us for a family-friendly night of action! We'll have fun as a Citizen Drumming Group and get instruction from real-deal drummers. Bring your kids, some 3 gallon buckets (1 gal for smaller folks), and something to hit them with. We'll have the rest of the materials and tools. Plus, join us in sending Valentines to our state officials (sponsored by ACLU). We'll supply the materials for you to send notes of appreciation for helping to defend Democracy. We'll also have ICE OUT lawn signs and whistle brigade kits to help slow down kidnappings.

Uphold the mission of our Vermont National Guard

Join your neighbors in telling Governor Phil Scott to hold the line against demands that the Vermont National Guard deploy illegally.

  * We oppose sending Vermont's National Guard to American cities.

  * We oppose any use of our National Guard to target civilians.

  * We oppose the use of our National Guard in unsanctioned and illegal military operations overseas.

What are the autocrats up to now?

The New Yorker's David Kirkpatrick reports that Donald Trump and his family have been selling access to the presidency and favoring certain businesses in exchange for cash payments. The total so far? $4 billion! Read the details here.

"Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough." - Franklin D. Roosevelt
