De-ICE Citizens Bank: Stop financing concentration camps!

Saturday, June 6 | 2:00-3:00 PM

48 College Street | Burlington

The Trump Administration's inhumane warehousing of people without adequate food, space, healthcare or access to legal representation is largely contracted to The GEO Group and CoreCivic. More than half of the 60,000 ICE detainees nationally are trapped in these two companies’ facilities. Citizens Bank has played a key role in helping the companies access more than $2 billion in financing, despite well-documented, egregious human rights and safety violations at their facilities. Meet at Citizens Bank's Burlington office to tell them to stop financing concentration camps.

Town Hall, Manhattan or free online

An uplifting evening of song, solidarity, and action. Featuring an all-star line-up of performers, this 90-minute concert will celebrate the freedoms guaranteed by our First Amendment—of speech, religion, press, assembly, and protest—and the people power that fuels these rights and is essential to guarantee them. Even as authoritarians increase their attacks on our freedoms and communities, we see examples across the country of people rising up together, taking action, and turning back those forces.
